Recovering from Ret-Con

Last weekend we attended Ret-Con in Durham, NC. While the tea business did great, this was also my first convention as an invited 'guest'. I participated in some interesting panels and had my first official book signing for my first book, 'A New Beginning'. Check out my page on future events I'll be attending, some of which I'm also invited as a Guest author.

I met some old friends and other authors. Now it's back to work for me. I sent my first draft for book two to my publisher and I'm sure there will be some revisions to make when I get feedback. That's how publishing works. If all goes well, I'm projecting a release this coming Fall. Meanwhile, I've started on book three with a working title of 'Neptune Station' that promises to be an interesting book in many ways. My personal goal is to get it drafted by this summer so there is a possibility of getting it released next Spring.

This series is expected to be five books in length. I have more stories at different points along the timeline that will be either stand-alone books, short stories, or other series. I'm planning on blogging more to give my readers some insights into the timeline and some of the key characters.
